You may have read our email last week, but this week will be about the key to success.
One of the most crucial parts of opening the room to success is finding the right key, and that's why we'll share Master Choa's secret to help with your prosperity, health or happiness. It is called the One-Pointedness Method.

Feeling Average?
When things don't go as planned…
Or when things take longer than you expect…
Doubt creeps in.
It's doubly true when you see people on social media achieving YOUR goals.
While you remain on the outside looking in, wondering if it'll ever come true for you.
One Pranic Healing practitioner had a bout with this.
Together with other Pranic Healing graduates, they did the Pranic Healing protocols for smoking and drinking addictions for several patients, which they were joyful to do. It was accepted with praise, saying it improved their lives.
But then…
One of their patients told them that it didn't work.
The patient was already asking how they could "correct" it.
You see, these protocols have been used by Pranic Healing practitioners for the past decades with successful results.
So there's nothing wrong with the healing protocols --- which points the fault squarely at the Pranic Healing practitioners.
If they were not careful, those things can mess with our minds.
Leaving them feeling average—or, at worst, a total failure.
Here's the thing. Without looking at the data, everything is an opinion.
So they investigated.
It turned out that the patient was not receptive. When asked, she ascribed smoking as part of her identity, especially with friends who were also smokers.
Energy follows thought. Thus, the patient fell back into the vice once she went back to her friends.
Plus, once the patient decided to focus on her self-care, she eventually quit smoking without side effects. She told the Pranic Healing practitioners later that it was thanks to the Pranic Healing done with her. Proof that the healing protocols worked for those willing and ready.
It just "felt" like an issue because of the unusual feedback.
They explained the situation to the patient and guided her on the importance of the patient’s willingness to get healed for the energy healing to work.
The point?
Don't get carried away with emotions.
Data doesn't lie.
Be intentional about how you can guide the clients to improve their energy and well-being.
It's precisely why they used data to uncover self-care techniques.

Don't get us wrong; it's not because we don't want to.

Heart Health Hacks

How to look after your heart without drastically further overworking it with stressful treatments?
Most people with a heart condition will tell you that further overworking the heart with stressful heart treatments is barely worth the aim of extending well-being, energy, vitality, and life.
But according to the World Health Organization, heart disease remains the number 1 killer, the leading cause of death globally for the last 20 years.
In Medical News Today,
“Medical professionals use the term heart disease to describe several conditions. Many of these conditions relate to plaque buildup in the arteries walls. As the plaque develops, the arteries narrow. This makes it difficult for blood to flow around the body and increases the risk of heart attack or stroke. It can also give rise to angina, arrhythmia, and heart failure.”
In one forum, someone who suffered a heart attack described it,
“I would add, breaking into a cold sweat. There are times when you will have no symptoms, which is known as a “silent MI” or heart attack. The best thing you can do is not delay, as this is the biggest mistake that is made. Also, women can experience upper abdominal pain and not chest pain as a presenting symptom of a heart attack.”
A Johns Hopkins cardiologist considers stress a risk factor for serious heart problems.
Recent research says that people who are more worried about losing their job are nearly 20 percent more likely to have heart disease. This and including even stress-related enjoyable events, may still raise the risk of a heart emergency.
So why not extend well-being and be filled with energy, vitality, and life without further overworking the heart with stressful heart treatments?

According to Master Choa Kok Sui, patients with long-standing resentments cause the solar plexus chakra to be congested with dirty energy. Part of that goes to the heart chakra, which in the long run, causes the physical heart to become enlarged.

- When we fall down, we are rejuvenated.
As we tread the lighted Path, we encounter challenges, adversities, intricacies & pains …
but with God, we realize there are no problems,
THERE are only LESSONS to LEARN.
Of Healing and Healers

I’m a student of pranic healing. I can’t say I’m a pranic healer since we were taught that we are but channels of healing by the Divine Source.
Aside from a constant reminder to follow simple instructions as we explore the unlimited universe of energies, we are also encouraged to be discerning. Not to be blind followers but have that penchant to explore and suspend belief until tested.
So far, I’m enthralled and that is not just because we learn that indeed healing is a gift accessible to anyone as the creation of the Divine Source (Yups! You too can, if you want to. There are courses offered at the Mindanao Pranic Healing Training Center right here in Davao City, starting with the basic course that teaches you straight away how to heal in just two days). The greater awe is in discovering how energies work through numerous books pranic healing founder Master Choa Kok Sui wrote. Master Choa Kok Sui is a Cebuano of Chinese descent, that’s something we Pinoys can be proud of.
Being the bookworm that I am, I’ve been lugging around his books and discovering the deep learnings embedded there in very simple prose and instructions.
Thus, while reading the Advance Pranic Healing manual, a very short entry on “rapid growth” caught my eye because it said, the technique can be used on plants.
As friends and colleagues know, I love plants and planting. But I have black thumbs. My plants are scraggly, barely alive. Rhoda of PTV had a field day laughing at the five leaves of my tanglad plant. I never give up though. I can grow basil and oregano, a feat all my green-thumbed friends scoff at as anyone can do that, they say. If I can hardly make a lemongrass grow, you can imagine the euphoria I get when my basil and oregano grow.
Learning about “rapid growth” applied to plants, I experimented on my barely surviving blue ternate vine and it worked! My vine now is profuse with leaves and has been blooming as well. It’s a celebration.
Except that, it seems that even the weeds on my front yard are just as profuse. I have to experiment some more and figure out how to exclude rapid growth of weeds.
As I wrote earlier, I am but a student who is enjoying miracles and I am so looking forward to higher learnings especially because among these higher learning is… pranic agriculture. There is hope for the black thumbed.

Meditation: An Effective Way to Beat Stress and Worries

Meditation is considered something religious for certain cultures. But that may not always be true. Meditating helps one clear the mind and de-stress, especially during these challenging times. No matter what religion we belong to.
Stress is a significant component of the immune system, more than we may think. In fact, de-stressing can greatly reduce the chances of contracting any illness.
Stress can mess with any part of our body. It can cause rashes, it can make us tired, and it can certainly lower our immune system. It promotes the release of the hormone cortisol, that’s why.
Cortisol is beneficial in small amounts; but it can wreak havoc when out of control.
Cortisol can cause acne breakouts and unsightly rashes.
Much deeper, cortisol actually weakens our immune system to the point that our body may not be able to protect against the virus.
This becomes evident when we really get stressed over an extended period of time that may lead to sickness.
Meditation is an incredible way to clear up the mind, alleviate stress, and may help prevent any illness.
Further, it allows us to take our mind off of the unpleasant events around us; and just being in a sacred place for a moment, we allow our body to relax.
Consequently, it helps reduce our stress level, lower our cortisol level, ultimately boosting our immune system.
Choose any type of meditation that works for you
Practices like yoga, Qigong, and Tai chi also involve meditation associated with movement, furthering the mind-body connection by adding movement to the practice.
There is also the use of guided imagery or guided meditation, in which we can visualize ourselves in a calm and relaxing state or mantra meditation where we choose a syllable, phrase, thought or word that we utter repeatedly, shutting off extraneous thoughts that are trying to invade our brain. Similarly, mindfulness meditation attempts to keep us in the here and now. Cleansing our mind of the negative thoughts.

I personally practice Meditation on Twin Hearts (MTH). This meditation is a simple yet powerful technique; it incorporates four of the most common types of meditation: awareness, spiritual, focused, and mantra meditation.
MTH is an advanced guided meditation technique introduced by Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, which originated in the Philippines.
